Capcom files a new trademark for Deep Down in the US

Deep Down could be more alive than ever. Capcom filed a new trademark for the game just one week ago, concretely on February 9.

This is the second filing made by Capcom for the game, being the first one still valid until August 2016.

Maybe this new trademark could be part of the whole redesign of the game. If you remember, by the beginning of 2015  Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono stated that Deep Down was “changing course” and growing “much larger” than originally planned.

Ono also declared:

It might be a while ahead, but we hope to show you something truly different from what was shown previously.

Stay tuned. Deep Down may appear again sooner or later.
