Sony could be working on a wireless device to connect DualShock 4 on a PC through a wireless connection. The company has requested a certification for a wireless adapter. This certification has been found on the Federal Communications Commission database.
Check it out:
“CUH” code is always associated to PS4 and its accessories. A 5 V power supply matches to USB power specifications. The Z on CUH-ZWA1U code is normally used as a reference to controllers.
There are different possibilities about the nature of this certification, but most likely, Sony could be preparing a proprietary USB to connect DualShock 4 to other devices. Even, there is a chance, this peripheral could be a dongle for a new type of Sony’s headset.
