GTA Online – the Diamond Casino & Resort Review

Those that were around when the original GTA came out in 1997, probably never assumed that the franchise would spawn a sequel that would become the most profitable entertainment product of all time. However, GTA V came out, and over 90 million sales later, this is our reality.

The building of The Diamond Casino & Resort had been in the game for a long time. Then it added an alluring opening soon sign, letting imaginations run wild as to what awaits inside. Often referred to as the Casino DLC, billed as the most lavish update yet, it features a ton of new content, and the ability to enjoy a gaming experience similar to that at online casinos.

Membership to the Casino

Like with most DLCs to gain access to new content, you’ll need to invest. Though, unlike before, your investment will come in the form of a membership. You must purchase one to enjoy gambling opportunities at the Diamond.

You can opt to go with the Standard membership, which is less expensive and comes with fewer perks or become a VIP. The first gets you limited access to all the content available, while the latter gets you whatever your heart desires.

If you become a VIP member, you’ll get a customizable penthouse, as well as a personal spa, roof garden access, party area, and more. You’ll also have the chance to try your luck out at the high-limit tables or play at the retro arcade.

What Games Can You Play?

When you enter the main casino floor, the first game you are likely to play is Spin the Wheel, which is their version of Roulette. It allows you one free spin daily, and you can win some terrific prizes, including one of a few new automobiles exclusive to this DLC.

It’s not so much all the luxury and premium services that come with your penthouse, but the fact that having one gets you into the casino business and opens a new set of missions. Even more, work may become available via the head of operations, which can earn you both cash and chips.
