PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is right now the biggest trend in the industry. A massive product that has created a new way to enjoy the multiplayer.
Microsoft will offer PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds to Xbox One players with a timed exclusive, but the company would like to extend the deal according to Bloomberg. They want to secure as much as they can the phenomenon away from owners of other systems.
Microsoft and Bluehole could be in talks to extend the exclusive agreement far from the end of the year (Apparently, the exclusive deal could be just until that period of time).
An excerpt from Bloomberg:
South Korea’s Bluehole Inc. has agreed to produce the game for Microsoft first by the end of the year and is likely to give the company a longer period as the solo console, said the people, asking not to be identified because the matter is private.
Thanks, Bloomberg.
