[Leak] Overdose is Hideo Kojima’s new horror video game

That’s right, we’ve just received some big news from Tom Henderson, who has just shared the actual title and information on Hideo Kojima’s new video game.

Tom Henderson has received early footage of Overdose from a source, who will remain anonymous. Apparently, this footage clearly shows that Kojima’s new game will be a horror video game. Actress Margaret Qualley (Mama in Death Stranding) can be seen wearing a blue dress, with a flashlight, and walking down a series of dark corridors.

All the footage shows the game’s action in third-person, but it looks like Overdose could also be played in first-person (like P.T. or the new Resident Evil games).

A jump scare at the end of the footage shows the sign “GAMEOVER“, followed by “A Hideo Kojima Game | OVERDOSE“.

Recently, Hideo Kojima posted a photo while having a video call with Geoff Keighley, creator of Summer Games Fest, so an announcement could be imminent.

Jeff Grubb, on the other hand, has been saying for some time that Hideo Kojima has been talking to the Xbox division about having his game published by them.

A lot of information today that, perhaps, we will be able to confirm very soon.
