Bandai Namco trademarks Klonoa Encore, Mr. Driller Encore and more ‘Encore’ titles in Japan. Remakes on the way?

Today Bandai Namco has filed many trademarks for unannounced games. These games include the word “encore” on its title, and we have the precedent that this subtitle has been used by the company when referring to remakes. Katamari Damacy remaster is titled Katamari Damacy Encore in Japan for example.

Here you have a listing of  the “encore” games trademarked by Bandai Namco:
