Internal documents for PS4 NEO leaked

Phil Spencer anticipated at E3 2016 a new business model for consoles based on new compatible configurations instead of generations. That was the official movement, the underground one was the PS4 NEO leak before the official confirmation by Sony.

The internal documents that described NEO and drew the guidelines for developers have been leaked. There is not new information in these documents, but it’s a great way to confirm the info previously leaked.
