[Leak] Gameplay footage of Mindseye, the action game from one of GTA’s creators

As reactions swirl around the delay and second trailer for GTA VI, two gameplay videos have leaked from Mindseye, the action title being developed by Leslie Benzies, one of Rockstar’s former heavyweights. Much of what GTA and Red Dead are today is thanks to his vision and leadership.

Mindseye is shaping up to be a classic-style action game, and that’s not a criticism—in fact, it gives off a nostalgic, focused feel. The leaked clips show two types of gameplay: one featuring vehicle navigation through a bustling city, and the other a more linear action sequence.

The animations might seem a bit dated, but what matters most is how responsive and fun the game feels in action.

Mindseye is scheduled for release on June 10, 2025.
