At the end of 2023, SEGA announced that many of its most iconic sagas were returning. Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Shinobi, Streets of Rage, and Jet Set Radio were coming back to the frontline.

Since then, there have been few other details, but the ones we have were important.

For example, as for Jet Set Radio, a leak indicated quite some time ago that the saga would have a new free-to-play game that would want to be, in some way, similar to Fortnite. But, in turn, a few hours ago, images and a gameplay video were leaked of a new Jet Set Radio game that, according to the leaker, would be a remake.

What’s going on here? Well, we don’t know.

According to the source, this footage would not be of the F2P game we had in mind. However, at the same time, we wouldn’t put our hands on the fire, as the images and gameplay are from a development version from 2021. A lot may have changed since then, and we don’t know if a Jet Set Radio F2P and Jet Set Radio Remake exist today.

Only time, and SEGA, will tell.
