Rumor: Playstation 4 selling around 240-250K units weekly in US territory

Since its launch, PlayStation 4 has been beating all the sales records in almost every region (1 million units in 24 hours in NA or 250K units in 48 hours in the UK). The demand is very high and the console is out of stock in a lot of countries.

But, how is PlayStation 4 doing it after the launch?

According to one of the most reliable insiders in the industry, thuway, PS4 is selling around 240k-250k units weekly. The more interesting thing is that currently, this amount applies only for US territory.

Sony has not discussed these numbers so we will have to wait for the official numbers in the next month NPD.
