Alan Wake rights are totally under control of Remedy (pun intended). A second edition of Alan Wake could be launched on current systems and is speculated that Virtuos could be handling the remaster.

Doctre81 analyzed that Virtuos is working on “unannounced 3A action adventure game remake”, the info belongs to someone that works at Virtuos and was spotted in a Linkedin profile. The profile mentions “set pieces destruction” as well and the group has worked with Remedy before helping them to complete Quantum Break.

There is not solid evidence that could strength this aside the Linkedin profile, but Doctre81 has good basics on these pieces of speculation.
