Switch is a story of success that could revive canned 3DS projects to be released on Switch.
Greg Miller, Kinda Funny, and Imran Khan, ex-senior editor at GI, discussed about the market and they mentioned important pearls in the latest Kinda Funny program. According to Imran Khan, some canned 3DS games could be reappropriated into future Switch games. Minecraft Dungeons was born as 3DS game.
The talk included different canned games, even a 3DS iteration of Style Savvy. The bomb came with Fire Emblem. He says the following about that:
“I know there was another Fire Emblem remake in the works for 3DS and that was one of the things that they shuttered. So maybe that’s one of the things they’ll bring forward in the future.”
To conclude, Takashi Mochizuki, said that the success of Switch Lite could bring more 3DS franchises to Switch. Yep.
Nintendo reported strong 2Q results, with Lite selling 1.95 million in 10 days since launch. Serkan (@serkantoto) says Lite will be "a super hit in the long run."https://t.co/WDCpdKGre7
