Tomorrow Square Enix will host a “Dragon Quest Day Special Program: Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai Latest Information Dai (Big) Release Special!” stream on YouTube.
While the company already had announced that the famous Weekly Shonen Jump manga would feature a new game and a new anime by Toei Animation, no details were given about the platforms that could receive this new Dragon Quest game.
Now, thanks to the meta tags on the YouTube page that will hold the stream, we know that, at least, PlayStation 4 is somehow related to this project.

This hint could mean that Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai could be a video game for consoles, and not for smartphones, as some had thought.
Stay tuned.
