The battle between companies is not in the sell units anymore, the battle is for the leisure time and platforms need to attract players with games offered directly or included in subscription services, but those players used to consume video as well. Therefore, PlayStation could try to amply the PS Plus service with a new addition.

This new addition has been leaked for PlayStation Poland with the name of PlayStation Plus Video Pass:

“A new benefit available for a limited time on PlayStation Plus… PS Plus Video Pass is a trial service active 22.04.21 – 22.04.22. The subscription benefit is available to PS Plus users in Poland.”

There is not extended info about the service, so, we will have to wait for the official announcement.
