According to different sources, Sony is ready to enter the second phase of PlayStation 5 with new games and new hardware, yep, new hardware. The first step in a new phase should be the presentation of the new products that are going to take the company to the next level. In that vein, Sony could be ready to show everything in a new Showcase.

Jeff Grubb and Video Games Chronicle claimed that Sony will celebrate a Showcase in the next weeks. Grubb detailed that Sony planned to celebrate the Showcase in the week of May 25 and VGC wrote that the event will take place between the end of May and the first weeks of June. Moreover, Andy Robinson, owner of the outlet, tweeted that the Showcase will include something from Konami.

The last PS Showcase was held in 2021. It’s time for a new one.
