Resident Evil: Revelations 2 might be the next game in the RE series, according to a listing on Xbox.com
Biohazard Revelations 2 (the Resident Evil series is known as Biohazard in Japan) appeared on the official Xbox site listed for Xbox 360. Specifically, the box art and a single screenshot of the game were discovered by French site Gamer In A Box.
Originally, Resident Evil: Revelations was released for 3DS in 2012, but last year Capcom released an HD version on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC. Furthermore, the company announced last week that the original Resident Evil’s 2002 Gamecube remake is being updated again for PlayStation 4, PlayStation3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, so maybe Capcom is looking to solve their financial results by releasing new games from one of their most popular franchises.
