After the closure of Lionhead Studios last month it seemed clear to everyone that Fable Legends was definitively dead. However, the game, cancelled alongside the closure of Lionhead, could still be alive according to MCV.

Several sources have confirmed to MCV that staff members are being surveyed to know if they would be interested in going on with the work on Fable Legends (Xbox One, PC). Of course, many freelancers have already left Lionhead Studios, but those on contracts are still employed until the studio closure at the end of April.

As always, take this with tons of salt. There is absolutely nothing confirmed yet.
