Without a doubt, Alien: Isolation was one of the sleepers of 2014 and a game that took advantage of the Alien franchise. The player had to survive the horror in the Nostromo, a caustic space station inhabited by a xenomorph.
Gameplay mechanics compelled us to save ammunition, scout the maps and try to hide from the Alien, but I am not going to forget the spooky working Joe. All the perspective happened in first person view, but the game was originally designed to show a third person perspective.
Creative Assembly has showed a prototype of Alien: Isolation at GDC 15. Enjoy it:
Same terror faces through another point of view.
