Cyberpunk 2077 had a rough start, deviating significantly from the initial material showcased by the developer. However, step by step, CD Projekt has improved the game’s overall quality. Currently, on next-gen consoles, the title is fully playable and enjoyable, with only minor defects. The expansion, Phantom Liberty, is closer in quality to what the game was originally promised to be.

The game was intended to be further expanded with a second content pack called “The Moon” similar to how The Witcher 3 received the Blood and Wine expansion. “The Moon” could have taken players into another corporate war, potentially an element to be explored in a future sequel.
