According to Lance McDonald, Demon’s Souls Remake for PS5 (Bluepoint Games) still has four undiscovered items that the developer included exclusively for the remake. Lance McDonald is a modder best known for developing the 60fps patch for Bloodborne.
McDonald doesn’t know if these items can be obtained in-game, so if they can’t be discovered by anyone, he would share with everyone what kind of items they are.
Bluepoint Games added a number of new items to the Demon’s Souls Remake that still remain undiscovered.
