Fallout 4 hasn’t been officially announced yet by Bethesda, but all the rumors point that the game is already in development. A set of leaked documents from a project code-named “Institute” reveal that the game will be set in Boston. The documents were obtained from a casting call director who had worked on other Bethesda Softworks games like Dishonored and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. As you can see in the leaked documents, the word “Fallout” is not mentioned along the texts, but you can guess that they are related with it, because a lot of details (as locations and Fallout’s settings) are referenced in them.

Besides, another interesting detail can be found in the document. The introduction text begins with “War. War never changes.” If you are familiarized with Fallout games, this is the classic opening line used at the beginning of Fallout 1, 2, and 3.

Other details revealed in the documents are, for example, a mission in a futuristic equivalent of the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) called “The Institute” or a new location called “The Commonwealth”. In this new place, one of the characters called Preston Garvey, sends you to recover a fusion core from a museum.

Obviously Bethesda has declined to comment these leaks.

Thanks, Kotaku.
