Many of you will remember Knack as one of the first PS4 videogames. Developed by SCE Japan Studio and directed by Mark Cerny, Knack was a game that was simple in appearance but challenging at its core.

The game had a sequel, also released on PS4, and at that point, we stopped hearing about this IP.

Until now: Sony filed a new trademark for Knack in Japan on 17 March.

This doesn’t necessarily mean we’re going to see a third videogame of Knack, presumably on PS5, but it does at least open a door to the possibility.
