Sony registers 'Gnomageddon' in the U.S.

Mysterious trademark of the week.

Five days ago, on July 15, Sony filed a trademark in the US for something called Gnomageddon. As usual, the trademark is filed for use with “computer game software,” “video game software,” and for “operating a real-time game for others over global and local area computer networks”, so we can assume Gnomageddon is an unannounced game by Sony.

The company has not yet made a declaration about the trademark.
