Summary of rumors: Mass Effect Andromeda, Far Cry 5, Io Interactive, Thief

I would like to cover in a short way the latest rumors that have emerged throughout the week:

– Bioware Montreal has been reduced as a support team within the EA’s organigram. Mass Effect franchise is frozen. Montreal will continue patching and supporting Andromeda (mainly multiplayer).

– Io Interactive would retain Hitman rights. Hitman 2nd season would be on development.

– New Thief game on works. According to the company behind the Thief movie, there is a new game in development.

– Far Cry 5. Latest rumors point out that Far Cry 5 could be set in Montana, modern day. Main character could be a cop.

– Shadow of the Tomb Raider could be launched in early 2018.
