Ubisoft has registered the domains BattleofHeroesGame.com and BattleofHeroesLandofImmortals.com -you can check the “whois” for both domains here and here– and has filed two trademarks for Battle of Heroes and Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortals in the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The description for the Battle of Heroes: Land of Immortals trademark reads: “Entertainment services namely providing an on-line computer game for others over global and local area computer networks and providing information on-line relating to computer games and video games.”.
