[Rumor] Astro Bot, Team Asobi’s new PS5 game, will be announced in less than 15 days

As we get closer to Sony’s event (Showcase or State of Play, it’s not clear yet), it seems that reliable leakers are confirming some old rumors.

In this case, someone as reliable as billbil-kun has commented that Team Asobi’s new game will be announced in less than 15 days. Its name: Astro Bot.

billbil-kun doesn’t mention that this new Astro game is for PSVR, so Astro Bot may be a new exclusive for the vanilla PS5.

He also says that the game will have a playable part in the heart of the desert and that a new character will be a fennec fox in the form of a robot that shares some similarities with Astro.

As a reminder, in 2021 Team Asobi posted a job opening on LinkedIn for a 3D action game.
