[Rumor] Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon will be released this August

That’s right, after many years of hearing about Armored Core 6, it seems that its release date is closer than even we could have imagined.

According to Insider Gaming’s sources, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon will be released in August 2023.

And that’s great news because since FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki announced in 2016 that a new Armored Core game was in development, it’s been many, many years. And without much news at the forefront.

The game was officially announced in December 2022 and, this year, Armored Core 6 was rated in Korea, which is a sign that development could be pretty much complete by now, with a release date near.

As for the final announcement, with a release date, some are hinting that it could be announced at Summer Game Fest but, with no news on the matter, we are left with the possibility that the game is just a few months away from release.
