Dragon Quest X was originally launched for Wii in Japan during August 2012. A Wii U version was released in March last year also in Japan, and even PC and Android received their versions of the MMO entry in the popular RPG series.
Unfortunately, Square-Enix never made a comment about an hypothetical release of Dragon Quest X in western lands.
Today, and thanks to senior research analyst David Gibson, who attended the company’s financial earning call for the past fiscal year, we have known that Square-Enix is considering bringing Dragon Quest X to western territories:
Square Enix is considering expansion of Dragon Quest X to overseas market, said it’s profit guidance range is “reasonable”

Of course, the company could be referring to countries like China, but let’s have some faith.
