Screenshot of Assassin’s Creed: Unity leaked?

Assassin’s Creed: Unity is the next iteration in the AC franchise for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Some time ago, some screens taken from an alpha version of Unity were leaked. Visit this link to visualize that material.

Aside from that, a new picture has been leaked this morning:

Apparently, this screenshot was captured directly from a new trailer. Logically, this motion file is already removed in Youtube.

It seems this picture could be a concept art, something extracted from the story board or some stage of design more than a picture from any gameplay. That refined, plastic elegance and highly detailed screen is too great to be real.
