When Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare -the next iteration of the CoD franchise developed by Sledgehammer Games– was announced one month ago, the game was listed only for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. There was no trace of a hypothetical version for Wii U.
Until now. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for the Wii U has been listed on the CoD: AW page at the official E3 2014 website:
As usual, take this with loads of salt. Last year, the official E3 website announced that Sony was bringing The Last Guardian to the show. However, Advanced Warfare on Wii U would make sense since both Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Call of Duty: Ghosts were released on Nintendo’s system.
