[Leak] Rayman 4 source code appears online with level editor, maps, spider riding and cutscenes!

A few days ago we had a Christmas surprise thanks to the appearance of leaked Rayman 4 source code.

This game concept was cancelled many years ago, but what we can see in this leaked code is very interesting as, among other things, it brings with it a level editor, maps, cutscenes and more material.

Apparently, this prototype of Rayman 4 was not being developed by Ubisoft itself, but by Phoenix Studio. A studio that worked for months on a concept that was eventually cancelled. Possibly the fame of the solo Rabbids had something to do with it.

The material shows levels with the typical touches of humour of the series (there is a level called “Sphincter Cell”), but also elements such as a model for a “Rayman’s girlfriend”, or Rayman himself riding spiders!
